DIY hold downs for LST

Hi All, I have been doing some LST on my plants ,I want them low ,the troble with Coco is you cant push a wire into the Coco and have it stay there ,so I had an idea,using an old bicycle wheel I cut the spokes out and bent them as in the photo and they working great .
