It looks great Brother very nice infact!... make sure not to over or under water it at this stage... do you have a better light for the future of the plant?
yeah i have a metal halide 400w for the veg stage or i could use my 300w 9u 6400k cfl what would you say would be best? =D

Stick with the CFL maybe until the seedling seems to start to take off, than flip to the MH if you want. Either choice would be ok, that 400w might be intense for the little one right now, however. Also when referring to CFL's, I beleive you're referring to a 68watt (actual), 300watt (incandescent equivalent), we only use the actuall wattage. So that would be a 68watt, 6500k CFL.

hello thew1sest thanks for the advice and the cfl is huge its a actual 300w cfl bigger than a metal halide or hps bulb was bought from a hydroponics shop https://www.basementlighting.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?page=1/prod/300cfl, do you think that would be more intense than the metal halide or not???

start veg with the cfl when the lil one has developed a bit more to handle that.
