I Believe that what I do at home is my business and should stay that way. I should be able to go to work straight and not have to worry about my job because of what I did last weekend.

My marijuana use does not affect anyone but me. Why is employer allowed to decide my future on what does not harm anyone. Is not Alcohol much more of a risk of public harm than marijuana?
