Dying Buds - Newb

Hi all and forgive me in advance I am a complete Newb

I am in 3rd week flower in a small cfl closet grow.
Seed was from a friends seeded female after a male hung out too long.
No idea at all of strain but from the leaves think Indica dominant, please correct me as this is a stab in the dark.
She is in organic soil, 2 ltr pot (I realize too small now)
I'm feeding cannaflora 2ml with 700ml water every 3 days or so since put into flower.
I water untill it seeps through drainage hole.

She was looking really good but leaves are yellowing and browning.
2 lower bud sites have no hairs at all and look to be dead.

I do not do any of the ph stuff I have not got any equipment yet.

Not sure if lack of info not getting a response so please advise, really would like to sort this problem.

It's really hard to tell. I'm a coco guy and have only grown in soil a. Couple times.... Every time was a mistake... I looks like she's deficient in more than one nutrient, MAYBE nitrogen magnesium possibly more. You've almost certainly used up all the nutrition in the soil. I don't know the canna nutrients regime but I would suggest more. Whatever they recommend, use that.

Thanks for the info neon, that's a good start for me, much appreciated, the product is actually bio flora from canna nutrients I had it mixed up above, do you think every 2-3 days would be over watering in a pot that size, thanks again

Like I said, I'm not a soil guy. I use coco and water EVERYDAY. Soil is a bit different in that it doesn't hold enough o2. I personally would use a three part mix. It's easier to fine tune.
