First grow, 23 days into flower

on my first grow and always looking for a little advice. heres some pics of my plants 23 days into flower, looking pretty good as far as i know, temps stay about mid 70's, drop to mid 60's at night. i thought theyd be a little "frostier" and plumper now. i water with GH 3 part nutes, then the next watering i add some sweetener/carb stuff then i use straight water on the next. been sticking to that since switching to flower. are they a little behind? or will they plump up and get nice and frosty in the next couple weeks?? any and all advice welcome!! thanks

Yeah, dont worry.. the size of those buds will grow.. just getting to the good part.

thanks! some of the plants are bulking up, but some of them are definitly lacking alot. alot of pink hairs sprouting up though! will that color stay when harvested or will they all turn to amber?
