First Grow, Need Some Help

Hello!!

This is my first grow and for the most part, things are going well.. I planted 8 seeds and four of them have sprouted. Hey, I am happy about that. But I am having an issue with one of them. He only sprouted his first two leaves and then stopped growing. My other three plants have between 4-12 leaves already. What should I do about him. Should I maybe trim him down? Will he grow back if I do that?

Grow Room Information:

Strain: Not sure, Didn't want to use my good seeds for a first grow. Found a couple of seeds in some good green I was smoking.
Type: Soil
Lights: CFL 6500K 2000 lumens
Humidity: 50%
Temp: 80 degrees

Grow Room
Light is about 2 in away from tops of plants
All my plants have very strong roots now. I was using the forks to help stand them up at one point but after about a day or so they were standing on their own. I will probably take the forks away in a day or so.

In the pics, see the one that only has two leaves. What should I do about that one?

Try to get some sort of dome around the light to focus it towards those seedlings for now, then maybe remove the reflector later and add more light once they get larger.

A tube shaped light would be great to go across them for a more even spread as well.

Temp is pretty high, try lowering it by 5 - 7 degrees, otherwise things look pretty healthy, if that one doesn't come around after some of the recommended changes, you may want to just cut it. Only the strong survive, you want strong mothers, not problems.

looking good man, I would add some more dirt in your cups fill them up almost to the cotyledon (false leaves) this will give them some support. I see you have a fan make sure your seedlings are getting a slight wiggle from the air flow but not to much, this will make them get strong like being outside. I dont think you can do much for your runt. not saying it wont make it you just never know when they are that small. I germed some seeds and a couple of them didnt sprout about three weeks later i was walking by my propagation kit and saw another had popped and was a sickly 6 inches long with only cotyledon showing. and now look at it
