First Grow

First time grower about 3 weeks into 12/12 flower. What do you think? Any suggestions?

I'm growing in Fox Farms soil under LEDs.

The big one is from my original attempt to germinate. The smaller ones are 2nd and 3rd attempts which is why they are smaller.

Will it affect the plants any if I turn off the LEDs for a minute to snap pics?
