First time grow question

Hello so this plant is my first grow , on vegetation it went through stunt growth since i over watered and exposed it to high temperatures .
learning from my mistakes i recovered , did some LTS on it and my result is a dwarf plant trying to produce nice buds but i got a question baffling me hard.

So my question is , while the main cola looks like its nearly ready to chop , other branches seem to be in early flowering stage.
they havent developed at any point close to main cola and look like they need much time more .
what should i do about it ? just let it grow ?
chop in a few days main cola and let the other branches fatten up ?

Use a 30X or greater magnifier or microscope to check the trichomes on the colas. Harvest that main cola if it's ready, then the others as they mature.

BTW: It looks like you have a nitrogen toxicity problem developing. This is indicated by the dark leaves and clawing. I'd ease off on any nutrients you are feeding them.

Have you read @Emilya's "The Proper Way To Water A Potted Plant?" It's a good reference for growing in soil.
