Hello everyone , this is my first time ever growing and I'm learning a lot as I go. Here's what I'm working with.
Setup:
-4x4x6.5 fusion hut grow tent
-1x 600w MH bulb(60,000lumen) for veg
-1x 600w HPS bulb(90,000 lumen) for flowering
-600w fusion bright ballast
-6 inch fusion blower with speed controller
-6 inch carbon filter
-3 fans
-19inch wing reflector
Nutrients:
GH flora series
GH liquid kool bloom
GH fruit fusion necter
Strain:
1x vanilla kush feminized seed
I germinated this one seed that was very kindly given to me from a close friend and fellow grower , on Jan 29, 2017 and planted it in my soil that was mixed for me by my local garden/hydroponics store owner.
3 days later and it sprouted! For the first 3 weeks I've been just letting her have ph water at 6.2 with no nutrients added yet.
Sprout:
Day21:
I forgot to mention that for the first month or so I've been just growing this girl under a small CFL set up(2x 23w) until it gets big enough to throw under the 600w system.
For this first grow I decided to top my
Plant once and do some LST to try and maximize the yield. On day 24 from seed I topped my plant and started using the Flora Series nutrients and I've been following the recommended amount on the back of the bottles and so far it's been going very well !
Little over a month in and it's out of that CFL set up and into my 600w system I just got and still figuring out ! I'm gonna veg for at least a 3 more weeks under my 600w MH bulb
Started doing some LST today and bent and tied down the main branches to the side of the pot with some wire!
Vegged the plant for 52 days from seed and here are a few pictures of the progress. Once my plant got so tall I used a net to aid in helping me do more LST.
March 25th i started flowering , screwed in the 600w Hps bulb and turned my timers to 12 and 12 ! But before I started this I gave my plant a kick start and left it in the dark for 36 hours straight and it worked great ! At this point I've added GH Liquid Kool bloom and GH fruit fusion necter, along with my flora series nutrients , I'm currently just short of 3 weeks into flowering and I'll keep updating as I go! Here's some pictures up to where I'm too now
Cheers
