A 24-year-old DeFuniak Springs man who drove through a city police checkpoint with marijuana wafting from the car was arrested.
Officers determined that he didn't have a driver's license and had never had one, according to his Fort Walton Beach Police Department arrest report.
He also had marijuana and possible cocaine in a baggie on the passenger side floor.
He admitted the drugs were his, the report said.
He was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and not having a valid driver's license.
