Flowering light on time

on flowering 12/12 i suppose is best time for flowering. Does anyone know when the plant would quit flowering and revert to veg stage as increasing time of light being on?
would say 14 on and 10 off still flower or does it need to be closer to 12/12?

it entirely depends on a few factors.

For starters the strain maters. So does type of light.

Some would veg with 14/10 others would flower

12/12 is just a generally low enough light cycle that 98% of plants flower. There are a few exceptions that need more like 11/13 or 10/14

they certainly re-veg under 18/6 but I don't advocate this.
