Hey Guys.

Need your help.. first time grower.. put my ladies outdoor for flowering on 16/12/18. Its mildly cold where i am from and just wanted opinions here on when should i expect seeing bud formation as they are just bulking up and stretching. today will be 11 days into flowering. At night there few lights coming on them... they are on the roof and the street light across the road just touches the tips of the biggest plant and obviously moonlight.

Pistils form about 1-2 weeks into 12/12and by the 3rd or 4th week, most of the buds are formed and will bulk up from there.

So I shouldn't worry if the pistils are not multiplying!! Or should I go for a complete 36hrs darkness as 24hr darkness is not possible to achieve. How about them trays below the pots... Are they beneficial or stopping the run off

No darkness - patience! Trays below pots are fine.

Do they live outside 24/7 now? (couldn't really tell from your post)

Where are you located?-if you're in California, you'll see flowering begin in late June or early July...
At least that's been my experience with outdoor grows.

You're gonna need some bigger pots...

Buddy these are 10 and 15 gallon pots. In the pictures it seemed small. How much bigger can I go.. just repotted them before flowering from small pots you can see in the picture.
I am in Pakistan coastal area. Our average temp is 70 this time of year.

Now that I see the small pots it's obvious that your pots are plenty big.
Good Luck with the rest of your grow, looks like you'll enjoy a substantial harvest.

Thanks brother...
the whole point of doing 8 plants together was to get enough to last till next year as the rest of season will be too hot to grow so winters is the only viable option of growing outdoors

If you don't mind me asking, how do you get them to flower outdoors in the winter?

It may be a common thing, but I've just never tried it.

You can see the weather details in the pic. We don't get very harsh winters.
It's my first time growing so it's new experience. That's why this will be the only harvest I do until next Oct.
