Fluxing question?

Sup everyone, taking the plunge into my first grow soon.. Got a question regarding LA's Flux style. Do you start out in your final pot or is there transplanting involved? If transplanting is involved, do you remove the tie-downs and re tie them after transplanting?

If autoflower then yes start in large final container - if photoperiod then multiple upcan transplants helps build a bigger rootball. Yes if you do transplants then removing the tie downs and reinstalling them later is standard fare

With any tie down training just put a little tension on the limb and then let her rest a day or two before moving forward. Any broken limbs can be taped as if a cast on broken arm, slow and steady wins the race
