Getting a head start for an outside grow in dwc

In 8" netpot lids [5 gallon size] , I'm planning on just popping the lid/s off the dwc pails and planting them hydroton and all in the prepared soil . Has any of you done this and if so what if any are the troubles I may plan for . The entire lid will be under dirt and since they already been vegging a few months I truly plan on seeing some sic size plants come flower time . Thanks inadvance for any input .

real big head start doing it this way actually a couple of months of veg was gained and the plants show it , a moby dick by dinafem and 1 pineapple skunk by hso . usually run from clones planted around last week of may ,,,, by trying/doing it this way plants are allready 2' + getting planted , this will seriously add to the harvests this year and i'll run many more next season knowing this works just fine
