Good worm or bad worm?

So I picked up one of my seedlings and underneath I saw half a worm trying to get back into the container, and another smaller one. Here's the smaller one:

I know earthworms are good. But I've read you also get "root" worms, which would be bad in this case.

I know the picture sucks, but can anyone tell me if I should be worried?

I'm considering just nuking the soil with nutrients. I heard that can kill worms (good and bad).

It can’t be identified with that pic. Natural lighting would work. It looks like a shrimp.
