I just cant help but laugh every time I see this pic, I must admit I am trying to get my 50 post, and now that I got your attention I have a post under budding and it isn't getting much attention I have another plant I would really like some help with Problem plant

Not very clear, maybe it has sprouted with the seed husk still attached, can't really tell by the photo.

Hey @Savvage61 is the glass half full or half empty?
Half empty. hehe sorry couldn't resist.
If you go through a few journals and talk to people and ask questions you can get your 50 posts pretty quickly that way.
Just a thought.
