Whats a good hieght to flower plants I got about a 7ft room

Us forum nerds will need more info in order to provide you with a better more rounded answer. First and foremost what strain and is it indica or sativa dominant? What type of lights? How far off the ground are they starting (pot/bucket height)? Light height? Really there are a lot of variables that go into calculating something like that. Any and all info you can provide pertaining to your grow and set-up will help..

Sativa's tend to be taller lankier plants where as indica's tend to be shorter bushier plants.

Just an example I found for you:

1. A 7 foot tall tent which comes out to 84 inches. Total: 84 inches
2. If your lights and the stuff to hold them take up 21 inches. Total: 63 inches left
3. And if your container is 13 inches tall. Total: 50 inches left
4. If you're planning to keep roughly 16 inches between your plants and the light. Total: 34 inches left
5. In this scenario you'd want to flower your plants when they are about 17 inches tall.

Typically plants will double in the stretch. Some will stretch more depending on the variables and some will stretch less.
