Growing in September?

I have a question. I have some Lowryder seeds and some Purple Power seeds ready to go. If I start them on a windowsill in September, would it be possible to grow indoors in September with just natural sunlight? If I were to give them additional artificial light toward the end of the day, could I keep it growing long enough to produce any bud by say November / December?

Yeah I am thinking I will just use the sunlight during the day, then at night give them an extra 3 / 4 hours. I think the lowryder strain could pull it off, idk about the purple strain, although they have been known for growing in cold wet climates.

well lowryder auto flowers so having it under 24 hours of light or 20/4 would encourage massive growth.
