I am fairly new to growing, and unfamiliar with some of the growing techniques and terms.

Here are the ones I don't know.

Supercropping
FIM
LST

I believe super cropping is when you roll the stalk between your fingers to break up the inside without damaging the outer part of the stalk. I believe this is done to stop hormones from reaching above the knot you made by rolling the stalk. It's suppose to help the bottom buds catch up. It's been a while since I read about it so I may be a little fuzzy.

Tricome....glad to see you are here! Welcome.

I am most familiar with the LST (Low Stress Training), as I have used it on most of my grows. I don't know if you have seen these pages yet, but here are a few links on the LST method. They are probably two of the best and most complete tutorials (with pics) I have been able to find in my searches. The third link is a current grow journal from someone who gives amazing examples for you to follow. I hope this helps some
