Growing videos

I ran across three good growing videos (Mpegs) with alot of good information about setting up a grow room, and general beginner growing stuff. they are over 200mb a peice though, Im not sure if they are copyrighted material or not, but I got them free, and I will be willing to share them with my friends here on the board. Let me know if any of you are interested and if someone could tell me how to post them up here.
