Guerrilla Grow: Any Suggestions?

Seems like these plants are growing kinda slow , they have been down for about two & half weeks now. They receive a OK amount of sub due to trees..

What's the climate like and what are you using to grow them?

I'm using some earth bound fertilizer, some good soil mixed with some regular soil for strength. Using cinnamon, cayenne and dia. earth to protect it from critters. Planted on overturned tree stump and kinda high off the ground.

What about temps? Rainy not rainy?

It's range between 75-90 f.

Not very rainy at all . Still water every 2-3 days if I see fit. Using neem oil on the leaves mixed with water.

These are a week and half from putting the seeds in the ground or from them breaking the surface? If it's from planting them in the ground looks like you're probably on schedule really.

Idk I think they are growing slow.. I believe it has been 3 weeks or close to it that the plants have sprouted from the soil.
