Ok well
2 gal ff happy frog
I halfed the feed schedule with ff trio
And I have done calmag 3 ml per gal every other gal
600 watt led

OK based on what you said I would lean to nute burn, however what is the pH at when you feed the nutes? If you are locking out the Ca then yes it could be a Ca def.
You most likely don't need the Calmag until you flip. What type of water are you using?
FFOF shouldn't need a lot of nutes even after 5 weeks. Reduce the feeding to 1/4 strength and watch the new growth for signs of improvement. Can you get some pics up with the lights off? Hard to see the true colors under the LED.
Watch those 2gal pots for possible root bound as they get bigger. If you are watering daily with runoff then you need to up pot.
