Help! I cannot get my RH below 55

I have tried everything except removing the walls. I have a 4' can filter exhausting out with a 10" duct, a 8" intake, a 4" exhaust, Water is covered, lamp exhaust, and I have 36 in hydroton. I use a dehumidifier, and an AC unit. I am new to hydro and I cannot get the RH below 55. I have trays of rice and cat litter under and around the tray as well.
I am over a week into flower and I finally got it down to 55 which was a chore by itself.

Maybe the room is too small you may just need more Cu. footage !?

That may be it but I have built this addition in the garage, 14 x 9 was as big as I could go in the 2 car port. I was having heat problems but I fixed that. I had the RH down to 44 last night by venting the 4' filter but the temp dropped from 80 to 67 this morning. I am only watering 1 time per day when the lights come on because of the RH.
