Help me to diagnose this problem please

I have seen these yellow stains on the leaves. And some leaves have weird shape as you can see in the pics. I also added the microscopic view of the leaf's green part and yellow part. I cant be sure about the problem, it can be boron deficiency, ph imbalance (I use ph perfect products), or copper deficiency. or it can be broad or russet mites. Any ideas??

Have you noticed and bugs flying around? The spotting I see on the leaves at the bottom of picture #2 looks like thrip damage or maybe fungus gnats at your roots

I havent seen any bugs or flies. I see smth on the leaves with the microscope, they look like some kindda eggs? I just cant identify them

Last 2-3 days of veg. 24 hours light since germination. Temperature between 24-26C and humidity 65-75%
