I know I have seen instructions somewhere to add my journal to my signature. Any help would be appreciated and thank you

Hey buddy, go to the top of this page, click on user CP, click on user control panel when the menu items drop down, click on edit signature in the left column. Copy and paste the link to your journal into the box that comes up.
