Help my sprout

My sprouts leaves are curling up and turning yellow !!!! I have no idea what to do ! Any help to solve would be very grateful ! When lights come on at Noon Ill post pics !!! Please helpppppp

I'm not an expert, but I can list a few things which could be a problem. Who knows? Maybe you'll see something that rings some bells.

Over/under watering. Pretty obvious, but critical. Also, good drainage away from the roots are important, so they get air and don't drown.
Over/under fertilizing. The growing videos I've seen usually says a quarter measurements of fertilizer for young plants.
Is your grow area very hot?
Too tightly packed grow medium will hinder root growth.

I hope this'll get the ball rolling until we can see some pics.

Here she is at this very moment in time ! Maybe this can help you more , and my soil isnt packed at all i just let it be fluffy and chillin ya know
