Help please unsure of problem

Hi there I am new to this forum so I hope this is the right section to post this. The problem is my lower leaves on my grow are turning a crispy brown and clawing and my babies seem to be stunted.
I had to turn m 600w hps down to 400w as the temps are too high at the moment and was my only option they now average 28-30c on.

The upper growth seems fine and they are also 21 days into flowering.

Here are some pics, been having a breakdown trying figure this out, roots seem fine ph is 6.3-6.8 roughly and its an organic grow (newbie my second one ) some advice would be much appriciated

I don't know what the problem is Bugg, but go to some other journals and ask them to look at your journal. Welcome to 420.

You are in the right place. Go to,Van Stank, Duggan, gray tail, bobrown, Neiko, journals and ask them they will know.
