Help Please With Seedlings

I don't think I need to fully state my grow
I've noticed this morning that 3 of my seedlings have been just falling over but still surviving
What causes this guys any help would be great

U might of planted seed to close to surface thus making them unstable..also spray water on rather then pour so not to wash away soil..
Support with more soil and they'll b ok

Cheers for that,it makes sense
However I have propped them up with a toothpick very gently,is that suitable or definately use soil
I handspray them only I never pour on my plants I either handspray and then drip line

They are under a Dimmable Ballasts 600 watt SpiderLux and so I have started them on 250 watts so maybe crank it up a bit ya reckon??

Yea I agree but it's finding the sweet spot with the light v canapy height
Yea I agree withcha,they will be put into final medium in 4-5 Days

I go high for seedlings...for my light 4.5 feet. I would start high an Pd drop if they even start to stretch. For me after 2 weeks Im then 24” off canopy the entire grow.
