Help rewiring an HPS ballast?

I was using these to grow some 10 years ago, but the situation changed and alot happened, but it's now time to get back into one of my favorite hobbies. What I still have is my 400w HPS multi-tap (3 I believe)remote ballast, reflector, and a few bulbs. According to the sticker(s) on the side of the ballast it began life as a GE 400W MH and the second sticker on top of it states that it was converted to HPS by the "indoor sunshine company", I don't have much else on it, because I got it from ebay a decade ago, and all of the onlne wiring instructions seem to be meant for all the wiring to be colored and labeled a certain way, but here are the pics of the inside (I have no idea why I took it apart, it was years ago) and hopefully someone will be able and willing to help me out here.Photo Album - Imgur

the only safe answer is chuck that thing and get new technology

I don't see enough to to help with it doesn't fit normal HPS wiring schematics Ive seen.
