Help!

I Just got arrested for A DWI right..They searched through my car and found a small clip from a blunt in the ash tray..After I got all the paper work and the tickets I got a white peice of paper that was typed out that says something about a marijuana complaint or some shit.It says I was in possesion of a small half smoked marijuana cigarette..Does anyone know what this is or am I being charged..Thanks..

yeah i recently went and saw some old friends and somebody i used to know got arrested for like marijuana parphanalia or somethin, it was like a bong or a pipe. maybe thats it
