When using hempy buckets, since the medium is soilless and considered passive hydro should I follow hydro guidelines for Ph and nutes?

With Hempy buckets, use full-strength hydro nutes every watering and PH to 6.2
Same feeding guidelines as active hydro, but PH sort of splits the difference between active hydro and soil.
