Hermaphrodite?

So I have four plants growing three have not started to bug but one has and I think it's a hermaphrodite it has Whiteheirs and Pistons I think but has single balls around it just singles not together
 
its impossible to say without seeing it
but don't panic many a times a he was a she
it's not easy to tell at first just keep a watch for a day or 3

Thanks. I read that if you take the balls off it can't pollinate itself. My other 3 plants have not stated
To bud yet. And I wonder if it's because of her/him?
 
yes i have heard of people removing the pollen sacs and growing the rest fine, you will of course need to keep a vigil that any more are not present or show up later but it is possible
as for budding i am not sure, i assume they all live in the same type of medium under similar environments, are they all the same strain?
could be many reasons but i do not think it was cause of the 4th
 
No they are different well 2 started the same way and came from same seeds ( my oldest plats) and the other 2 I think are different and they are my youngest (6 months) but my youngest one is budding but no one else is. My first 2 stated with out anything but simple lighting and no. Fertilizer but my youngest started with a real su light and fert
