I was wondering if anyone has taken an early stage hermied female and made or use for hash or butter??

Not exactly. Last weak I made ice hash from nine males plants. They had just showed sex. I got a ball about the size of a silver dollar when it was all dry. Let me tell you what, I didn't think it would have any effect. I was way wrong.
If you just have the one hermie and no other females that it can pollinate, I'd keep picking off the bananas and finish it out. I'm going to guess that isn't the case. Depending on the plants size and how far along it is, hash or butter is a great idea.
