Lights were on just turnt them off to deal them they back under now had a feed today to so heres hoping they keep looking nice lol

Yea and have double stems . Just dont stress the plant , let it process and heal . It may take 2-6 days to see the new set of nodes (depending on strain and environment)

They're amazingly resilient. Give it another 10-12 days and you'll be getting over an inch of growth every 12 hours or so. Plants looks great, no discolouration. ....keep it up! For a journal on LST, check mine out. I've got 6 plants on the go and have been stem training since day 8 or 9 on both my Kush and my autos.
