Holes in leaves

So my outdoor keeps getting these holes I treated with azamax for bugs but to be honest I have not seen one bug at all any ideas ty inn advance

Looks like Leaf Hoppers probably.

I'd stop using Azamax especially in flower.
Maybe try Spinosad, or Tweetmint

Actually my plants flipped when I put them out the rest of them reveged faster this ones just started revege it's been so hot here I thought maybe due to heat as I can't see any bugs by eye or microscope
