How often should i feed my plants?

im using a 5-1-1 fertalizer and was wondering how often should i water with it? the label says every two weeks, but it seems that only water for the next 2 weeks would flush it out. any comments great!!!!

not really a computer person and this is really the only thing ive ever done on one, and im growing in 5 gallon buckets
