Ok your res temp is high and you tried everything frozen bottles, insulating your bucket etc..... Well I made my own chiller. Copper coils, fountain pump and some hoses and clamps along with a camping cooler and 20lb bag of ice. Took me less than 20 minutes to connect and get running. Res temp went from 76f to 66f in under 15 minutes. The ice in the cooler should last 2-3days. Then just drain the cooler and refill with more ice. Went to 2nd hand stores for all my material and spent 60 dollars. Sure is a lot cheaper than a 200-300 dollar one. THINK OUTSIDE BOX.
