How to put grow journal in my signature?

I hate to make a thread just to ask this. But I recently started a grow journal so hopefully I can ask my questions on there instead of always making new threads in the faq.. How do I put my journal in my signature though? Thanks!

under User CP find signature. Insert url code.

Remove backslash.
