I’d suggest starting with a joint or a pipe. Definitely easier to control the intake with those rather than a bong.

Take it slow. Definitely don't listen to your more experienced friends if they're telling you get a whole joint ro yourself cause you might not get high the first time lol. Bunch of liars!!!!
