i got seeds,and premier prof. soil, now what??

I got some seeds, got a 1000wt hps and premier professional soil, now where do igo from here. The last time i tried to grow, always had problems when i transplanted to another container,also how often do i need to water plants? last question, i have peters 20-20-20, bone meal, blood meal, and lime pellets, when do i include them into the premier soil??

dont add fert for a few weeks and a hps isnt good to start of with and for veg.. its best for flowerin
