Is cloning an auto flower possible?

I'm understanding that because the genetics of auto flower are different from photos types and time causes it to veg & flower rather Then Lighting is it possible to still clone and at what stage, I'm sure veg but how long into veg?
All info is needed preferred growing scholars but all is welcomed just seeking general knowledge from growers....

advisable. no.

I havent done it myself. But i have seen journals of people who clone them very early in life, and they make it almost to the same size as the mother does. roughly 20% smaller.
