I see no pistils. Only stipules. The long thin one, is a stipule. It's a part of the leaf anatomy, and has nonothing to do with sexing the plant.

There are some very small growth right next to it. I could be male parts, but om not sure at all.

If it looks like this picture. Here you see the pistils (white hair). This is definitely a female
