Is this bud rot?

Hey guys. Got an ak48 at about 9.5 weeks into flowering. Found it wasn't makin much trichomes and wasn't gettin a smell. Just smell green and not high-grade-ish.

Harvested it today cuz I saw these kinda dry and brownish dusky looking areas.

Felt I may have made a mistake tho.

Yall think this is bud rot?

Another smaller one. I cut away the major parts didn't want to leave it with the rest

If the buds pulls apart very easily then I would say rot.

Believe me...I've had rot to many times...lol
And I see NO rot with yours.

Bud rot will get the biggest buds or the ones laying together or against the wall or something wherever moisture can get trapped that's why they say keep a fan on them but don't always work in shitty conditions doesn't help either
It will look like mold and when you pull it apart the inside will be black and just fall apart basically what really sucks is when it's a big ass show bud that has one little spot then you open it up and turns to shit right in front of you

I dont see any bud rot there. It would be completely brown if it was and you were seeing it because it starts from the inside out
