Hey guys All 3 plants have all shown white hairs and no male parts the entire time
I’m in week 5 of flowering and everything has been running smooth
But today when I had a good look at them and 1 plant has some sort of pod in the top bud
I have found 2
The 2 other plants are all clear it’s just this one
What do I do etc ??? Any input is highly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Yes, that is a pollen sac. If there's only a few you can try to gently pick them off but it's usually impossible to find all of them. There's a few strains that no matter what you do they have a tendency to at least grow a few. 818 headband is pretty well-known to Hermie out a little bit. Again, if there's only a few you can try to gently pick them out without busting them open and just try to stay ahead of the game but those look to be pretty well-developed on your plant and I would not doubt if a few has already opened and spread pollen. Your plant does look pretty stressed out so that could have very well caused it to hermie as well.

Yeah they do seem to be clawing but I don’t know what to do to unstress them Any ideas?
Should I be taking that plant out and away from the other 2?

Yes, seperate them for sure. It may be too late though. I would be looking very closely for bursted pollen sacs. They look like little tiny yellow bananas if they have opened. You'll have to look very closely all over the plant. Without knowing the specifics on the grow I don't know what is causing them stress but all the leaves look a little necrotic as well. In my opinion for 5 weeks in flower they look fairly immature.
