Issue with leaves durring bud cycle

so here is a couple pics one you can see with out the circles that other with.. in the red you will see the leaves are starting to look like unbrellas by curling.. my other thing in blue is some of the fan leaves are twisting..

any ideas on the cause and how to fix?

my ph level is at a 7 to 7.5
i feed them once a week with tigerbloom

they are still really green no spotting.. just not sure whats going on.. all the other plant are fine just this one with the issue

I had the same problem. My house water, (well water) was ph7.0 and at the time I had no way of testing. My plants where doing poorly, even though I had good soil and quality organic nutes. After getting a bottle of ph down, and adjusting the ph of the water, my babies made a 100% improvement.
Flush your plants with ph adjusted water and all should be well again.
 
i have about 2 weeks left on there cycle so i suppose i should start flushing now anyway.. i havent had a chance to get to the hydro store so i have been adding lemon juice to bring the PH down which has helped alittle.. since its easter weekend i will have to wait another weekend to get the ph down solution
