There will be a presentation Thursday titled "Ballot Proposal 1: A Legislative Initiative to Permit the Use and Cultivation of Marijuana for Specified Medical Conditions." The presentation is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Jackson District Library's Carnegie branch, 244 W. Michigan Ave.
