hello all!
First of all I want to say I'm from Belgium so English is my third language so my grammar can be odd sometimes.
this is my very first grow and the conditions are far from perfect bt I try my best with my budget an time to provide the best environment for my little lady
grow info:
LSD barney's farm
80% indica 20% sativa (mine is very indica like if I have to guess)
12th day in veg
i'm going to keep her 1 month in veg i think
Indoor soil (Plagron light mix)
400w hps pc fan cooled at the moment, good fan and duct comig this week
22°C-30°C
around 40% RH
no ph tests at the moment
watering every day/2 days i'm waiting for the leves to droop a little bit now to allow air in the medium
Hesi starter kit ferts, used 2 days but now i'm waiting until she is a little big bigger
here's the journal:
I germed the seed using the paper towel method, 48h after i put the seed in the towel i got a 1 inch root. (april 7)
She rose out of the ground on april 9th and opened up on april 10th
2 days later on april 12th the first serrated leaves were growing
April 14th, the 2nd set of leaves were showing
April 16th, from this point on the leaves started to twist a little bit... still don't know what's that about but it doesn't slow her growth!
basking in the hps light
I actually tortured her that day, I started the seed in normal flower soil i had laying around, but then I bought some decent soil with perlite in it so I transplanted the seedling, what I didn't expect was that the roots were already al over the place! So when I transplanted I broke quite a few roots... I was superscared I killed my only plant, but she forgave me and never even slowed down!
April 18th, 2nd set growing strong, 3rd set coming along
And here she is today, on April 19th growing good
2nd set has 3 leaves, third set 5 leaves, that's a good sign right?
I'm thinking about topping once to get 2 main cola's, and planting the cutting in a second pot (why let it go to waste? ) any tips?
so I will keep you guys posted on this, I hope I can get a decent result!
