So when I start to see them changin to Amber then I shut my light off for 24-36 hours??? Then harvest??? Just tryin to get to the best out of this

Ok so yesterday I shut my light off in an hour that will be 24 hrs what’s the difference if I wait another 12 hrs or should I maybe wait another 6 instead ???

at least 36 hours in the dark seems to be the sweet spot... I have gone as long as 72 hours.
