JUst Got Started and i need help

i just germinated a couple seeds last week. now i have two one inch tall "plants"...i need to know how long to give them light and how much to water them..one last thing is the light im using okay?, its a 13 watt spiral energy saver...its says its eqivalent to a regular 60 watt light bulb.thnks

For now, give them light 24/7. Keep the lights w/in 2 inches of the plants. get a second light. I don't think one 13 watter will be enough even though they're still very small. And start reading. there are tons of new threads all about growing.
