Large adjust a wing coverage?

i have a hydro table 4' x8'. have 2 large adjust a wing with 1000 watt mh for veg. is that overkill? what cable config should i set the reflector on? how high should reflector be above plants? geezer tryin new tech. thanks for any help you can give

Light is great but watch for issues....hard to tell without knowing room size the operation is in and whether you have the space to keep fans and air constantly moving...in a closet you may need a fire extinguisher but a 4x8 table has to be in a good sized room so you might be fine. If your running both 1000's just be prepared to have real good venting so you dump that heat fast.
